Popis:	In an earlier paper bearing the same title, [DHR 1], we showed how to construct a class of sieves of dimension κ > 1 on the assumption of a certain analytic result, referred to there as Theorem 0, for a boundary value problem involving a pair of simultaneous linear differential delay equations, with κ as a parameter. In subsequent papers we proved Theorem 0 for various ranges of values of κ, and here we complete the proof, thereby validating unconditionally the main result of [DHR 1].
