Popis: | Objective: To develop the capacity indexes of a process for a polynomial profile in a sauce manufacturing company where it is intended to explain the approaches that are acquired through the application of a statistical control, to improve the productive processes, reducing costs and offering competitive products in the market. Methodology: The research uses quality techniques, applying methods, analysis, control of variables and characteristics of the product, which applied in combination according to this research form the statistical control of the process. Results: Based on the limits of specifications, a linear profile was elaborated for the independent variables, establishing a same polynomial linear profile to correlate the study variables (° brix and chloride) for the elaboration of sauces for meats. Conclusions: This study aims to develop better control, which will help decision making in an effective way in terms of the adjustments to be considered in each process, establishing methods, goals and an exceptional means of verifying the behavior of the system. |
