Popis: International audience; This paper reviews selected advancements concerning the theoretical, numerical and experimental investigation of Non-Ideal Compressible Fluid Dynamics (NICFD) flows for Renewable Energy applications. First, we review the so-called non-ideal oblique shock waves. After, we briefly discuss the state-of-the-art concerning computational models for NICFD applications, with a particular focus on the predictions accuracy assessment. Eventually, we describe a Bayesian framework for inferring the material-dependent parameters appearing in complex thermodynamics models for NICFD.
