Popis: | A comparative analysis of low, normal and high activity of HBDH, CK, and gamma-GT was made using different kinetic measurement principles. The data revealed that the two-step integration technique and multi-point measurements evaluated by computer are essentially more accurate than the traditionally applied 3 x 1 minute enzyme determination. |
