| Popis: | We report the case of an asymptomatic 21-year-old European male, investigated because of an accidental cardiomegaly on chest X-ray. No electrical instability was found. A transthoracic and transesophageal two-dimensional echocardiogram showed an accessory chamber in the postero-lateral wall of the left ventricle. Perfusion and metabolism of the diverticulum were defined by position emission tomography. |
