Popis: Background. To study the feasibility of a response-guided therapy for chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in patients coinfected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in a tertiary care hospital. Methods. Treatment duration was individualized on the basis of week 4 and week 12 virologic response.
