Popis: SUMMARY Haematological cancer in pregnancy poses a substantial risk to both, mother and fetus. Lymphoma, inclu- ding Hodgkins lymphoma (HL) and Non-Hodgkins lymphoma (NHL), is the fourth most frequent malignan- cy diagnosed during pregnancy. The most common type of lymphoma in this setting is HL, and the inciden- ce of pregnancy associated NHL is very low. In this report we describe two cases of a 29-year-old woman and a 25-year-old woman both in the second trimester of pregnancy, diagnosed with mediastinal B-cell NHL and nodular-sclerosis HL respectively. They were managed with chemotherapy since the diagnosis as far as two weeks before the delivery, both with a successful fetal outcome.
