Popis: | This study aims to assess the improvement in quality of life and symptoms in paediatric obstructive sleep apnoea patients before and after adenotonsillectomy. From all paediatric patients who presented to our OPD with complaints of mouth breathing and snoring, a subset of patients fulfilling our inclusion criteria were selected and evaluated with PSQSRBD scale, quality of life (QoL) inventory and PSG level-III. Later37 patients who had moderate to severe OSA were selected for study and underwent adenotonsillectomy. They were further followed up postoperatively at 3 months and 7 months with PSQSRBD Scale and QoL inventory.
