Popis: The aim of this study is to evaluate the presence / absence of the correlation between pulse pressure (PP, determined by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM)) and traditional and non-traditional cardiovascular (CV) risk factors: age, sex, blood glucose, proteinuria / microalbuminuria, uric acid, ESR, fibrinogen, total cholesterol, HDL – cholesterol), triglyceridemia, Hb, in renal and non-renal hypertensive patients. Material and method. The data were collected from the observation records of 412 hypertensive patients admitted during the period 2006-2012 to the Department of Nephrology and Internal Medicine 1 of the Bucharest Emergency University Hospital.
