Popis: | Work for improving the quality of copper billets for manufacture of domestic electrical engineering components is carried out in two directions: improvement of metal ductility in the heat-affected zone of a welded joint by reducing grain size; exclusion of the unfavorable effect of inherited cast structure on product service properties due to thermal deformation treatment of continuously cast billets. Billets of increased length are prepared and breakage during drawing is eliminated, there is an increase in blank efficiency during drawing, and the required component physicomechanical properties are achieved. |
