This article is devoted to the relevance of training managers in Uzbekistan today, the problems in this area and the tasks to be solved, which explores some aspects of the problems and prospects for training managers on the example of Uzbekistan. At the same time, a comprehensive systematic analysis of the functional significance of managerial training and the development of managerial skills in the formation of knowledge in the sociology and psychology of management is required to increase the efficiency and mobility of employees. The article lists the usefulness of a personal example of a leader in a number of areas, and also provides the views of great thinkers on leadership training. The author considers the implementation of a number of organizational measures for the training, retraining and advanced training of managerial personnel. |
