| Popis: | The rate of success achieved after nonsurgical transfer of 20 p. 100 less than after surgical transfer seems to be the same if fresh or frozen embryos are transferred. It seems that most transfer groups can achieve a 60 to 70 p. 100 pregnancy rate if they transfer fresh embryos surgically. This drops by 20 p. 100 if fresh embryos are transferred nonsurgically and drops an additional 20 p. 100 if thawed embryos are transferred nonsurgically. Further investigations have to be made, following Newcomb’s suggestions, to improve the nonsurgical transfer methods. |
