Popis: First experimental results of a chemical investigation of element 113 independently confirm the synthesis of the new elements 115 and 113 in the nuclear fusion reaction of Ca 48 + Am 243 and indicate a chemical behaviour resembling a species with a high volatility a weak interaction with inert surfaces and an enhanced reactivity towards gold surfaces.
