Popis: | Uterine didelphys are rare malformations involving the Mullerian ducts. The incidence ranges from 0.1% to 3.8%. This wide range could be because of inaccurate diagnosis or to the fact that many of these diagnoses are not detected during the women's lifetime. Here, we report the management of a 16-year-old female patient who had uterine didelphys with obstructed hemivagina, resulting in obstructive hydronephrosis in her transplanted kidney. |
