| Popis: | Departmental Information Systems (DIS) do not need to be large in order to be useful. Using fourth-generation software (AIDA) a small DIS can be developed in a matter of months. One example of such a small DIS is the system developed for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. A brief description of the system is followed by an overview of how the system is used in the Department of Pediatrics, for the evaluation of patient care, and for medical research. |
