Response: Impact and outcomes of postoperative anaemia in colorectal cancer patients: a systematic review

Popis:	We read with great interest Moncur and colleagues'1 recent systematic review investigating the impact and outcomes of postoperative anaemia in colorectal cancer patients. We congratulate the authors on an interesting review of the current literature that clearly establishes a clinical and academic need to ascertain the true effect of postoperative anaemia, given its high prevalence and potential negative effects on patient outcomes. However, we feel that the novel bias tool, utilised to add improved academic rigor to reviews of this kind, was performed incorrectly in this case.
