Popis:	We report the usefulness of multidetector CT angiography (CTA) in the diagnosis of interrupted aorta of a neonate. CTA is useful for evaluating malformations of the aortic arch, particularly in cases that cannot undergo conventional angiography or in which detailed information cannot be provided by echocardiography.
