Thriving or struggling in academia?: Assessing the (Contextual Antecedents of) Mental Well-Being of Researchers in Higher Education in Montenegro

Popis:	The main purpose of this mixed methods study is to identify not only personal but also contextual facilitators and inhibitors of researcher mental health at two Higher Education institutions in Montenegro as well as to identify their impact on sustainable research careers. In addition, this study is intended to serve as a pilot/baseline study for the much larger international ReMO Mental Health Survey, that is being prepared by the ReMO Survey SIG. To date few studies have been carried out specifically on the role of context in shaping mental health, emphasizing the significance and necessity of conducting this particular research. This document is part of the Book of Abstracts of the ReMO 2022 Conference that was organized within the framework of COST Action CA19117 - "Researcher Mental Health".
