Popis: The use of Nano miniature EEG electrodes offers new opportunities in the development of new bio medical devices to produce speech signals for speaking disabled persons. The design and micro fabricated fractal electrodes are very useful in getting brain data reliably Which is nothing but a efficient Brain computer interface which doesn’t require any muscular activity. A fractal dimension EEG device may be used to form a array of EEG signal variables which may be mapped to the speech signals generated by a healthy subject. The mapping and relation between the brain signals with the speech generated may be closely correlated with sufficient algorithms. These relations will give basic understanding of brain signal to speech relation. A model is proposed to produce speech signals from the EEG signals. A wavlet packets based algorithm is proposed to find the patterns in EEG signals which are mapping with the speech words. The proposed model is very useful for speaking disabled persons in particular and also useful for other applications.
