Popis: | The recognition of the importance of fibrinogen proteolysis in a wide variety of pathological conditions ranging from disseminated intravascular coagulation to local fibrin deposition in renal diseases has led to numerous studies of the nature of the fibrinogen degradation products (FDP). This review will deal pri marily with the biological and clinical aspects of the problem. Details of the chem ical and physical characterization may be obtained elsewhere (1-6). |
