Popis: | A 7-yr-old girl was diagnosed with atlantoaxial rotatory fixation, a serious but treatable cause of acquired torticollis in children and not well known by clinical physicians. Two and a half years after conservative treatment, she had recovered completely. This case report suggests that if the patient has no previous adequate rehabilitation treatment, then conservative treatments are effective for chronic but stable atlantoaxial rotatory fixation. |
