The COVID-19 pandemic has raised concerns about the deterioration of mental health. There are a number of psychological interventions that have been shown to be effective in improving mental health, but many of them are implemented in a face-to-face format. During an infectious disease epidemic, telepsychological mental health servise using telecommunication technology is recommended to prevent infection. The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review of systematic reviews of the effectiveness of telepsychological mental health servise and to provide a bird's eye view of the current evidence. |
