The collected plants of Telekia speciosa (Schreb.) Baumg. from Sebetkechmez village of Gedebek region were investigated. 4 substances were izolated from asetone extracts of Telekia speciosa (Schreb.) Baumg. using column chromatography with Al2O3. According to the chemical and spectral data, these substances can be identified as: izoalantolakton ( C15H20О2, m.p. 117-119ºC), dihidroizoalantolakton (C15H22О2, m.p. 173- 174ºC), β-sitosterin (C29H50О m.p. 138-139ºC) and stiqmasterin (C29H48O, m.p. 170-171 ºС). |
