Popis: | A case history is described in which the patient had moderate pulpalgia in the maxillary anterior teeth. A diagnosis of occlusal trauma caused by the protrusive bruxism was made. Treatment consisted of giving the patient information about the cause of the trauma and constructing a night guard-type splint. At the one-year recall, the patient was asymptomatic and the teeth responded normally to clinical tests. |
