Popis: | In vitro pulse labeling of early mouse blastocysts (90 h p.c.) with 4C-glucosamine yielded linear time profiles for both total uptake of radioactivity and incorporation into acid precipitable material.Radioautographic finestructuralanalysis of pulse labeled embryos demonstrated distinct intra- and inter-cellularsitesof labeling.Among these are precipitatedfibrillarmaterial in the blastocoel,trophoblast cellsurfaces,lipiddroplets,microtubules, Golgi complex, mitochondria, the nuclear envelope and nucleolarassociatedchromatin regions. |
