Popis: | The speed and precision of routine radioimmunoassays employing 125 I-labelled reagents and double antibody separation procedures can be much improved by the addition of 75 Se to monitor the separation step. The errors involved in such dual isotope systems are minimised and the data collected can be simply treated by standard programmable calculators. |
