| Popis: | Little is known about the management and treatment of coronary thrombosis in polycythemia vera (PV) [1]. We describe a case of acute myocardial infarction in a patient with recently diagnosed PV and thrombocytosis. The patient underwent emergency catheterization with intracoronary thrombolysis and angioplasty of the left anterior descending coronary artery. |
