Popis:	A force model with Δ-isobar and pion degrees of freedom is presented. It is noncovariant. It accounts for elastic two-nucleon scattering and for its unitarily coupled inelastic channels up to 500 MeV in the c.m. system with satisfactory accuracy. The force model forms a microscopic basis for a unifying description of nuclear phenomena at low and intermediate energies.
