Popis:	In patients who are treated with deep brain stimulation for Parkinson disease and who have previously been treated with dopamine agonists, new psychiatric symptoms may be a manifestation of the dopamine agonist withdrawal syndrome even if symptom onset does not coincide with the drug taper. These symptoms may be reversible with reintroduction of the drug at low doses.
