Popis:	The publication presents the stages of activities on standardization of work quota setting in conditions of efficient contract. The article is devoted to particular organizational aspects occurring in the course of analysis of modern labor legislation and other normative legal documents concerning labor in the field of health care. The approaches are considered related to to development of system of work quota setting in medical organization, definition of labor functions and functional duties of medical workers, composition of staffing table of medical organization reflecting scope of work and possibilities of observing indices of qualitative performance.
