| Popis: | Transhepatic catheterization of the portal system was performed to obtain blood for RIA of insulin. This technique localized insulinomas in two patients after negative celiac, superior mesenteric, and subselective gastroduodenal arteriograms. The tumors were found in the predicted locations at surgery. |
