Popis: | The article deals with aspen approaches to the definition of the essence of intellectual capital and its role in relation to banking. it is obvious that in modern conditions of fierce competition among banking organizations, modern innovative technologies are of great importance, which is determined by the level of intellectual capital of Bank employees. New forms of organization of banks are based on modern approaches to the definition of the essence of Captal not only financial, but also intellectual, as new business projects, so tempting for most banks require a balanced approach and modern development of technologies that can attract potential investors. It is obvious that theoretical approaches to the definition of intellectual capital differ in the interpretation of modern economists, but the very essence of the use and development of this direction is a priority for banks. Under intellectual capital we will understand all non-monetary and intangible resources that are fully or partially controlled by the organization and participate in the creation of value. This interpretation has much in common with the definition of T. Stewart, who believes that intellectual capital can include knowledge, information, intellectual property and experience, these components are combined to create value. |
