Popis:	Sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors were approved as adjunct therapy for the management of type 2 diabetes and have become a high-level recommendation for this population with cardiorenal metabolic syndrome. In addition, evidence continues to grow supporting this class of medications for people with heart failure and chronic kidney disease, regardless of diabetes status. This narrative review summarizes the sodium-glucose cotransporter inhibitors for cardiorenal metabolic syndrome.
