| Popis: | This contribution attempts to locate the ethnographic practice of Pierre Bourdieu by articulating two perspectives that are distinct but not separate. First of all, it will illustrate the function that ethnography has assumed in the construction of the central concepts of his “theory of practice” (habitus, field, temporality, symbolic capital) in his scientific and biographical trajectory. It will then identify the characteristics of Bourdieu contemporary reception and appropriation in socio-anthropological research contexts. In conclusion, the critical questions will be highlighted that the plural history of the anthropological tradition of research in the field allows raising and extending its critical relevance. |
