Popis: | The biological samples from the Czech cohort (n=127) were analysed by individual “omics” approaches (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics, metabolomics) at the particular EATRIS sites across Europe. Study subjects were informed and consented to provision of the data related to their person for research and development purposes to existing and future research partners of IMTM in an anonymous form (pseudonymized, from the definition of GDPR, while only IMTM holds the additional information). The preparation of samples was performed according to the standard operation protocols collected and presented in D1.1. The generated data were analysed using protocols applied for the data analyses of single omics. Data were further evaluated, and statistical analyses were performed. |
