Popis: The basic requirements to the communication system, which are presented to it from the point of view of stability and intelligence in the use of electronic warfare by the enemy, are considered. The conducted analysis of the tendencies of development and application of modern means of electronic warfare testifies to the necessity of carrying out calculations of interference protection of radio communication lines at the stages of communication planning and ensuring the control of troops (forces) in peacetime and war. For timely and successful accomplishment of this kind of tasks by military officials, whose duties include monitoring the status of the communication system when exposed to various factors, a method for calculating the interference of radio communication lines under conditions of conducting electronic warfare is proposed. A feature of the proposed advanced calculation method is that the temporal and energy probabilistic indices of decryption and interference of the radioelectronic means included in its structure, as well as the probabilistic indicators of the actions of the means of electronic warfare of the enemy are taken into account for the estimation of the noise immunity of the radio communication lines. Interference assessment of radio communication lines can be carried out both in the planning process and in the existing (deployed) communication system. The proposed technique for estimating the noise immunity of radio communication lines can be used to investigate and evaluate the stability of communication lines, directions, and the military communication system as a whole, using the electronic influence of the enemy. It is proposed to use specialized software to evaluate the stability, which will perform the appropriate calculations on the model of the developed methodology given by the mathematical apparatus. Subsequent research will focus on developing techniques for assessing the resilience, mobility, throughput and security of the military communications system.
