Popis: | This procedural report details the case of a 10-year-old boy with oral Crohn's disease successfully treated with intralesional corticosteroid injections. The intervention used topical anesthesia with a eutectic mixture of lidocaine 2.5%/prilocaine 2.5% cream followed by intralesional triamcinolone acetonide. This approach safely and effectively reduced patient discomfort while allowing for an acceptable and durable clinical outcome. |
