Popis: In recent years, the world's total capacity of wind farms has grown exponentially. Studies have shown that wind farms will have a serious impact on air traffic control (ATC) radar located nearby. Effective detection of the wind turbine clutter is significant for mitigating wind turbine clutter (WTC) and ensuring the safety of air traffic. In this paper, the wind turbine clutter detection technology based on spectrum width is proposed under the radar scanning mode. In addition, it should be noted that the number of coherent pulses of ATC radar is less, and the Doppler frequency resolution of radar echoes is low, which would reduce the estimation accuracy of spectrum width. In this paper, super-resolution technology based on the AR model is adopted to improve the frequency resolution. While calculating the spectrum width of wind turbine and aircraft, the FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) algorithm and the mass center notion are adopted to estimate the spectrum width, which improve the estimation accuracy of spectrum width. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.
