Popis: Advances in technology have changed the Teaching/Learning processes and created opportunities to include smart IoT structures in learning spaces. Iot structures based in interrelated hardware and software elements that use the MQTT as communication protocol. This communication shows the structural design of a Smart Learning Environment prototype that collects data from physical environment during Teaching/Learning process. The first step to create a Smart Learning Environment is design context aware sensors to acquire environmental data and notify relevant events. The subsequent data analysis shows how it is possible relate data and teaching/Learning events. Based on the data collected and adaptable rules, it is possible understand what is happens within the classroom. Once the teaching/Learning events has been detect, the next step is to generate feedbacks and send notifications. This communication presents some real results obtained in the initial experimental phases developed and propose some rules to detect interesting events. Design Smart Learning Environment is an opportunity to further research and developments that can improve the teaching/Learning processes on all circumstances.
