Popis: International audience; The highlighting of the role of craniofacial abnormalities in the development of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome has led to the development of different surgical procedures. Static craniofacial measures and dynamic airway collapse patterns are helpful to target surgical treatment. Maxillomandibular advancement (MMA) is the most effective surgical treatment in adults with selected criteria.
