This study was evaluated to whether there was any difference of serum inflammatory biomarkers in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and collagen vascular disease (CVD) with pulmonary symptoms.[¤]METHODS[|]A retrospective, observational cross-sectional study was conducted in the chest training center in between January 2016 to December 2017. RA and CVD were recruited from hospital data. Patients' characteristics, symptoms and co-morbid diseases, hemogram values, Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio, platelet lymphocyte ratio, platelet mean platelet volume ratio, C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate and biochemical values were recorded.[¤]RESULTS[|]130 (Male, 23%) patients with median age 54 (43-63) were included. Gender distribution was similar in the groups. RA were older than CVD (57 vs 49 years, p
