Popis: Mounting evidence suggests that the American economy is suffering from a lack of competition. This Article details the empirical evidence that illustrates the nature of America’s competition problem. It then discusses the causes, both legal and economic, of ineffective antitrust enforcement. Finally, this Article closes by identifying potential congressional, executive, and judicial reforms that can serve to reinvigorate competition.
