Popis: Cardiac erosion after transcatheter closure of a secundum atrial septal defect (ASD) is a rare complication. Nearly all potentially life-threatening reported cases occurred with the Amplatzer Septal Occluder (ASO) (Abbott, Plymouth, Minnesota), with an estimated rate from 0.043% to 0.3% [(1,2)][1].
