Popis: | Pemphigus subclasses differ both in target epidermal antigen of the autoantibodies and in predilection sites of lesions. The patterns of lesions are well documented and often lead to diagnosis of the subtype of the disease; but the causative factors have never been studied. We present a case of pemphigus exacerbated by two unrelated drugs, with distinct exacerbation-specific patterns following each drug consumption. The patient is regarded as exemplifying a fixed drug eruption-like phenomenon, with specificity of drug to anatomic distribution of lesions. |
