Popis: SUMMARY The regime of improved antenatal care with dietetic advice and weight-control, introduced at The Women's Hospital, Crown Street, Sydney, in 1948, has reduced the incidence of severe toxaemia of pregnancy, and this reduction has in turn lowered the stillbirth-rate and the neonatal death-rate. RESUME L'effet d'une reduction de la toxemie severe de la grossesse sur le sauvetage du foetus Un regime improuve de soins antenatals avec conseils dietetiques et controle du poids a ete commencea The Women's Hospital, Crown Street, Sydney, en 1948.
