Popis: | Double aortic arch, the most common vascular ring, causes a complete ring surrounding the esophagus and trachea that leads to compressive symptoms. This report describes a young woman with a history of totally corrected tetralogy of Fallot who was a candidate for pulmonic valve replacement. A double aortic arch was detected incidentally by echocardiography and cardiac computed tomography. (Level of Difficulty: Intermediate.)
