| Popis: | Endovascular embolization techniques have increased the complexity of aneurysm surgery in those lesions that have been incompletely obliterated. We report a case of giant cerebral aneurysm initially treated with Guglielmi detachable coils which required cardiopulmonary bypass for successful endoaneurysmorrhaphy. |
