| Popis: | A 62-year-old woman presented with a brow mass and acromegaly. Biopsy of the lesion showed fibrous dysplasia. Radiologic imaging revealed a pituitary macroadenoma. The patient underwent transsphenoidal pituitary resection and radiation treatment, followed by medicalmanagement of endocrinopathy. |
