Popis: | The pathogenesis of colorectal cancer (CRC) is closely associated with the development of an antitumor immune response. An important role in the regulation of the immune response is given to regulatory T cells (Treg), which may interfere with the effective recognition and elimination of tumor cells. The aim of the work was to study the content of peripheral CD8+Treg cells in patients with CRC. Analysis of the membrane and intracellular expression of markers was performed by multicolor flow cytometry. In patients with CRC, an accumulation of peripheral CD8+ and CD4+Treg lymphocytes was observed at all stages of CRC. Along with this, there was a significant decrease in the number of activated T-helpers. |
