Popis: [EN] This paper presents a compact multimode antenna for GPS applications, where multiple modes are excited in order to achieve radiation pattern diversity. Based on the Characteristic Mode Analysis of a rectangular plate of 80 mm x 54 mm, a practical implementation of the excitation network is presented.
